If an amazing woman signs up, we will genuinely tell the men in our community, "We already have some incredible women joining this adventure." And if wonderful men join, we'll let the women know the same. It's not about creating hype, it's about letting people know they're not taking the leap alone.

But here's the most important part:

If everyone waits to see who else is signing up before making a decision, nobody moves, and nothing ever happens.

Once your deposit has been received, you'll receive:

Because Love Journey Beyond Borders experiences are intentionally kept small to foster meaningful connections, reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once your deposit has been received.

The deposit reserves one of a limited number of spaces and allows travel arrangements to begin, so deposits are generally non-refundable.

However, if something unexpected happens, we'll always do our best to help. Depending on timing and supplier commitments, we may be able to transfer your reservation, apply a future travel credit, or offer a partial refund if your space can be filled.

Travel insurance protects you against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, flight delays, lost baggage, and many other situations that are outside everyone's control. Some destinations may even require proof of coverage.

Yes, you do need a passport.

Your passport should remain valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality, and each traveler is responsible for meeting the entry requirements for the destination country.

Great news! 🇺🇸 U.S. and 🇨🇦 Canadian passport holders do not need a tourist visa for either our Romania or Turkey experiences (for stays up to 90 days). Simply bring a valid passport, and you're ready for the adventure! ✈️

While we don't anticipate cancellations, sometimes circumstances beyond our control require changes.

·       If Love Journey cancels the trip for reasons within our control, you'll receive a full refund of all amounts paid directly to Love Journey.

·       If one of our travel partners is unable to operate the trip, we'll first make every reasonable effort to substitute the supplier with another trusted provider offering a comparable experience.

·       If the trip is affected by circumstances outside anyone's control—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, political events, pandemics, or other force majeure situations—we'll work closely with our travel partners to recover as much as possible and pass along any available refunds or travel credits.

Please note that credit card processing fees and other non-recoverable transaction costs are non-refundable, even when refunds are issued.
